A fun way to embellish any quilt, wall-hanging, table runner and much more.  These are just a few of the samples from a group that meets at my house once a month to learn something new.  We have been in the wool applique mode, ever since they all spent a day designing and choosing background, wool, threads and embellishments for their first project.
Another one of Dorothy's creations.


My friend Dorothy designed this one in just a couple of hours. We started with simple shapes and kept on auditioning and adding elements until everyone was happy.   It was her first time working with wool

A Day in the dye of.....
The actual colors are more vibrant and not quit as orange as the pictures -
I think taking the pics on my counter top adding in the yellow/orange cast.
